This sprawling lakeside estate in Prince Edward County has been rezoned to create a 5000 sqft wedding destination. An event building will form the hub of the property, supported by a new commercial kitchen building, washroom facilities and various outbuildings. Parking, pathways and roads will be revised to accommodate the change of use and allow for future expansion.
