Overlooking the Northumberland Strait, this coastal retreat will sit at the edge of the red cliffs. With many generations in mind, the collection of cottages and outbuildings are designed to provide places to play, gather or retreat on the vast and diverse property.

Designed to blend into the landscape, the cedar cladding will weather to a lustrous silver and the light metal roof will reflect the colour of the changing sky. Tapering roof forms create a clean, receding line that draws the eye across the flat fields toward the open horizon. On the second floor, the roof deck provides unparalleled summer views. In winter, the cottage's wood lined interior will create a bright and warmly textured space.
